Bengal police vindictive move, summons OSD to Tripura CM with criminal charges

Agartala: The West Bengal police has filed a false case. So Tomorrow, November 25, instead of reporting to Narkeldanga police station, Tripura Chief Minister's OSD Sanjay Mishra will send a letter in response to the notice. He has claimed that the letter is enough instead of physically appearing at the police station.
However, the Tripura Chief Minister's case against OSD is also believed to be vindictive. This is because several Trinamool Congress leaders have been involved in police cases for conspiracy theories surrounding the Tripura elections.
On November 23, Narkeldanga police sent a notice under Section 41 of the CRPC to Tripura Police Director General VS Yadav, Tripura Police and Tripura Chief Minister's Office OSD Sanjay Mishra via email. Police sub-inspector Soumit Bandyopadhyay sent the notice.
According to the notice, a case has been registered in Narkeldanga police station on November 3 under sections 153B, 268, 468, 469, 471, 500, 505 (1) (B) of the Indian Penal Code and section 54 of the Disaster Management Act. Case No. 323/2021. Tripura Chief Minister's OSD Sanjay Mishra has been charged in the case.
Kolkata Police has sent a notice to Sanjay Mishra to appear before him on Thursday morning, November 25. Also, if he does not show up on Thursday, an arrest warrant will be issued against him.
In this regard, Mishra said that the Kolkata police had filed a false case against him. Therefore, he will send a letter in reply to the notice instead of reporting to Narkeldanga police station on November 25, tomorrow. He claimed that the letter was enough instead of physically appearing at the police station.
Discussions have already started on the issue of sending a notice to the Tripura Chief Minister's OSD in connection with the case as an expression of vengeful behavior by the West Bengal government and the Trinamool Congress. In Tripura, the TMC leaders thought that the election would be won by conspiring at home.
However, due to the activities of Tripura police, each of them had to gain momentum. I-PAC has created a blueprint to destroy the atmosphere of peace in Tripura. In that, the TMC leaders of West Bengal followed that plan and disturbed Tripura. However, Tripura is still quiet due to police activity. So now it seems that the Trinamool Congress has chosen Sanjay Mishra as its target in retaliation.
