Union Minister for Youth Affairs and Sports Shri Anurag Singh Thakur participates in the "Har Ghar Tiranga" bike rally organised in Delhi today

Today in New Delhi, the Vice President launched off the MPs' "Har Ghar Tiranga" bike rally from Red Fort to India Gate. Anurag Singh Thakur, the Union Minister for Youth Affairs and Sports, took part in the activity with great enthusiasm. The Ministry of Culture organised the event to raise awareness of "Har Ghar Tiranga."

A large number of MPs as well as the Minister of Commerce and Industry, Shri Piyush Goyal, the Minister of Parliamentary Affairs, Shri Pralhad Joshi, the Minister of Culture, Shri Kishan Reddy, the Minister of Women and Child Development of India, Smriti Irani, the Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs & Culture, Shri Arjun Ram Meghwal, and the Ministers of State for External Affairs, Smt Meenakshi Lekhi and Shri V. Muraleed

As part of the ceremony, Shri Anurag Singh Thakur rode a bike. According to Shri Thakur, the various central ministries, MPs, and young leaders gathered to convey to the upcoming generations that we will all work together to maintain the nation together, advance India, and make India stronger. Tricolor has the ability to bring 130 billion Indians together. As we honour and commemorate our independence soldiers today, we also pledge to endeavour to preserve the nation's unity and integrity and raise India's prestige during this Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav.

The Government of India launched the "Har Ghar Tiranga" Campaign to encourage a personal connection among its people and the flag. It aims to increase people's sense of nationalism and patriotism so they can take part in the Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav in the spirit of Jan Bhagidari.
