FIRST HINDU TEMPLE IN THE MIDDLE EAST, EXTERNAL AFFAIRS MINISTER S JAISHANKAR VISITED THE TEMPLE IN ABU DHABI

India's culture is the pride of India. India's traditions and customs are spreading all over the world. First Hindu temple in the Middle East, is being built in Abu Dhabi, Saudi Arabia. India's External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar visited the Hindu temple under construction in this country by the Muslim leader. He went there on Wednesday.  He called this temple a 'symbol of peace, tolerance and harmony'. Minister Jaishankar went to Arabia on a three-day(3 Day) visit.  He also thanked the Indians there for building the temple. The foreign minister also made a tweet about the matter. There he wrote, “Proud to see the Hindu temple under construction in Abu Dhabi on Ganesh Chaturthi. The work is going on fast, I deeply appreciate the way everyone is engaged in the work.  Met fans, construction workers, community supporters."

 

Besides going to the temple construction site, Foreign Minister Jaishankar also met Arab Minister Sheikh Nahyan bin Mabarak Al Nahyan. Met him and discussed the matter of the temple. He also praised him for extending a helping hand to Indians. He also thanked Indians for their cooperation in culture, various activities and cricket.

 

A Hindu temple is being built in Abu Dhabi covering an area of ​​55,000 square meters.  This temple will be built on the model of Indian temple.  It is the first Hindu temple in the Middle East. Jaishankar held a meeting with the Minister of Saudi Arabia.  Apart from temples and Indian culture, the issue of relations between the two countries also came up in their discussion.  Jaishankar also gave a message to strengthen strategic ties between India and Arabia.
