VIRAT TOOK LEASE OF LATE SINGER KISHORE KUMARS BUNGLOW FOR RESTAURANT BUSINESS IN MUMBAI

Cricketer Virat Kohli is opening a restaurant in Kishore Kumar's bungalow. Kohli's restaurant business is not unknown to anyone. Kohli's restaurant chain One8 Commune has branches in major cities of the country.  Now Virat took lease of late singer Kishore Kumar's house for restaurant business in Mumbai. A glittering restaurant will be built there.  Not the whole bungalow though. The former skipper has leased a portion of Kishore Kumar's Juhu bungalow 'Gaurikunj' in Mumbai. One8 Commune outlet will open soon.  Kohli has restaurants in Delhi, Pune and Kolkata. Virat has been leased for five years for the business. The singer's son Amit Kumar told the media.

Kohli began to dabble in business by associating his jersey number with the name of the restaurant. The restaurant-cum-bar One8 Commune opened first in Kohli's hometown of Delhi. Besides, there are outlets in Kolkata and Pune.  But One8 Commune had no branch in Mumbai.  Virat met Leena Chandravarkar's son Sumit a few months ago. The plan is to open a restaurant in Mumbai since then. It has already been announced on One8 Commune's Instagram account that their new outlet is going to open in Juhu very soon.

Juhu Space already had a popular restaurant at that location. which is currently closed.  One8 Commune has reasons for choosing Kishore Kumar's bungalow to open its restaurant. The 'Gaurikunj' bungalow is already a tourist attraction in Mumbai. Amit Kumar's bus is now there for business as popular cricketer's name is associated with him.
